These terms govern your use of the OneGiant platform. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
OneGiant provides order, inventory and multi-channel management tools for online sellers. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your business information, and the activity of users you invite. Keep your credentials secure.
3. Plans, billing & trial
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; no card is required to begin. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time — on cancellation your access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, breach any marketplace's own terms, or use OneGiant for unlawful activity.
5. Third-party channels
OneGiant connects to third-party marketplaces and services. We are not responsible for their availability or their own terms; your use of them is governed by their agreements.
6. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
