OneGiant ("we", "us") operates the OneGiant order & inventory management platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

Account data: your name, business name, email, phone number.
Marketplace & order data: order, product, inventory and customer details synced from the channels you connect (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce).
Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: log and device information to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your data

To provide and improve the service, sync your channels, process billing, provide support, and send service and (with your consent) product update emails.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the marketplaces and service providers needed to run the platform (e.g. payment gateways, shipping couriers, email delivery). We do not sell your data.

4. Retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time, by contacting us.
